Appointments
Fees
Individual Therapy: Fees are for $220 per 45 minute session for individual therapy. Longer sessions of 60, 75 and 90 minutes are available.
Couples/Family therapy: Fees are $250 per 60 minute session. Longer sessions of 75 and 90 minutes are available.
Insurance
I do not work directly with insurance companies; however, clients can get reimbursement with out-of-network benefits. I am happy to help clients determine what the level of reimbursement will be in order to estimate the cost of therapy. I will also provide invoices for clients to submit with insurance claims.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. Cash, checks and credit cards (including FSA/HSA cards) are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
If an appointment is cancelled, rescheduled, or missed, with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full fee for that session. Please note, fees for missed sessions are not reimbursable by insurance companies.
Confidentiality
The relationship between you and your therapist is confidential. No information concerning you will be released without your written permission unless one of the following exceptions applies. Exceptions, as specified by law, include situations of clear and imminent danger to yourself or others, child/elder abuse or neglect, and court order.
Make an Appointment
Before setting up an initial appointment, client and therapist will decide upon a mutually agreed upon day and time to meet weekly. Because finding a therapist who is a good fit is of utmost importance, I offer a no-cost 30-minute phone consultation to all prospective clients.
